
Rev Your Bev: What Will Water Grow In You?
Rev Your Bev Day is an annual Va. Foundation for Healthy Youth statewide day of action to raise awareness about the benefits of making water your #1 beverage of choice. When Yebo creative team was asked to bring this concept to life and target elementary and middle school students, “What Can Water Grow In You” campaign was born. The team created a story line and style that appealed to and empowered every child.
Scope: Create a :30 and :15 spot with 2-4 1:1 and 4:5 :06-:10 social cut downs
Budget: $150K
Timing: Sept 14th - Oct. 27th: Ugly tight for all that we wanted to do- vendor search and creative calls, estimate negotiations, design kick off, character development, storyboards, animatics, 3 rounds of animation (that turned into 5), custom music, VO talent select and record, final mix, and social cut downs.

Choosing the right vendor and/or assets to bring a creative concept to life enacts a mixture of tools and experiences. A Producer needs to listen to the creative ideas while simultaneously presenting them with images and sounds they’ve never encountered. That includes referencing an obscure music track you heard 20 years prior.
My Role:
Ensure each vendor had enough information to provide stylistic examples and estimate without leaping full on into treatments (we just didn’t have the time)
Provide vendor with every detail needed to make accurate costs and timing determinations
Map out the milestones for both the creative team and Account Team/Client since the review and approval windows needed to be parallel pathed.
Keep lock step with vendor production to maintain weekend and late night feedback, approval and production
Maintain the delicate balance between creative and client feedback and the reality of cost and timing.
Where appropriate, contribute creative POV on scene, character, animation and music debate as well as guidance and talking points for client consideration
